IMPORTANT UPDATE: GOLFER SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Please note that any golfer substitutions or changes must now be made on the day of the event, on-site at check-in.

In previous years, we accepted golfer substitutions via email leading up to the outing. However, this year, any changes received after Wednesday, May 7th will not be processed in advance, as all player assignments will have already been submitted to the golf course.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a smooth event day experience.

We are excited to announce that Adcraft's premier golf outing, Adcrafest Presented by Viant, will take place on Monday, May 12th at the Detroit Golf Club.

Due to the overwhelming popularity of this event, the best way to ensure a foursome is through securing your sponsorship today! There are a VERY limited number of sponsorships remaining with foursomes available on the South Course. Sponsor activations are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so do not delay - secure your sponsorship and foursome today!

This year the annual sell-out event will offer two scramble rounds:

12PM North Course - SOLD OUT!
12:15PM South Course - SOLD OUT!

COCKTAIL RECEPTION TICKETS NOW AVAILABLE!

Not a golfer? You can still join us for a cocktail reception from 5:00PM-6:30PM. There will be music, food, networking and lots of fun! Drinks will be available for purchase at the onsite bar (this is a 21+ event).

$50 // Cocktail Reception Only (5:00PM-6:30PM)
Registration will be available in advance and online only.

*Please remember that a portion of our ticket proceeds are donated to the Adcraft Scholarship Foundation. We appreciate your help and support in purchasing your ticket in advance and helping with our overall mission!

BREAKFAST // Continental breakfast with assorted danishes and seasonal fruit
LUNCH // Hamburgers, grilled chicken, hot dogs, polish sausage, pasta salad, assorted chips
HAPPY HOUR // Singapore steak satay, tuna poke tacos, carrot and cucumber salad, veggie spring rolls and friend rice, french fries and kettle chips, sliders: classic hamburger, pulled pork, crab cake

2025 CONTESTS

BEST DRESSED FOURSOME // SPONSORED BY SIRIUS XM
Just because the course has a dress code doesn't mean you can't have a little fun! We are excited to announce for a second year the Best Dressed Foursome Contest, sponsored by SiriusXM. Show off your style, give us your best golf-ensemble. Have some fun and coordinate team outfits for a chance to be awarded Best Dressed Foursome.*

The foursome with the best team attire will win the "Best Dressed" prize.
*Contest will take place between 9:30AM-11AM.

RULES:

1.Teams need to sign-up and have their photo take at the Contest Station located in front of the main scoreboard by 11AM to be eligible.

2.Participants will be narrowed down to the top 3 teams at 11AM based on team photos.

3. Final judging will be made by SiriusXM representatives during the morning announcements (11AM-11:30AM). Teams must be present during the morning reception announcements to win.

PUTTING CHALLENGE // SPONSORED BY PENSKE MEDIA CORPORATION
Get ready to "putt" your skills to the ultimate test! Swing by Penske Media Corporation's Putting Challenge. The fun starts at 9:30AM so swing by for your chance to win an incredible prize courtesy of our sponsor, PMC!

*Putting challenge will take place between 9:30AM-4PM.

RULES:

1.Each golfer gets 1X opportunity to complete the Putting Challenge

2.The golfers with the lowest three-hole aggregate score are entered to win 2 Platinum Badges to the 2026 SXSW Conference & Festival in Austin, TX*

3.Each golfer must complete each hole. If the ball goes outside the defined hole lines, it may be placed back inside the lines with one (1) penalty stroke added.

4.There are no gimme’s.

5. Top 5 scores will be put into a drawing to choose the overall winner. Winner will be announced during the afternoon cocktail reception - must be present to win.
